We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user or purchaser due to changes or additions to these Terms, regardless of whether the damages are direct or indirect, or foreseeable or not.
Chapter 2 Purchase of Products, etc.
Article 4 [Purchase of Products]
- Users can purchase products from us using this Service.
- If a user wishes to purchase a product, they shall apply for the purchase of the product in accordance with the procedures separately stipulated by us.
- In conjunction with such application, a sales contract for the product shall be established between the user and us when the user clicks the order button after confirming the delivery address, order details, etc. entered and registered by the user, and then an email confirming the order details from us reaches the user.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate act regarding the use of this Service, we may cancel, terminate, or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract.
- Minors cannot purchase products using this Service without the prior consent of a qualified legal representative.
Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]
If there is any change to the purchaser's name, address, or any other information registered with us at the time of purchase, the purchaser shall promptly notify us. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the failure to register such changes. Even if changes are registered, transactions already processed before the change registration shall be carried out based on the information before the change registration.
Article 6 [Payment Methods]
- The payment amount for the product shall be the sum of the product's selling price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling fees.
- Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be limited to payment by credit card in the purchaser's name, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other payment methods stipulated by us.
- If paying by credit card, the purchaser shall abide by the terms separately contracted with the credit card company. In the event of any dispute between the purchaser and the credit card company or other parties in connection with the use of the credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall resolve it responsibly.
- If a payment method designated by this service is used, and the purchaser enters into a separate contract with the payment company that provides that payment method (including, but not limited to, agreeing to the terms and conditions related to the payment method), the purchaser shall comply with the terms separately contracted with the payment company. Furthermore, if any dispute arises between the purchaser and the payment company in connection with the payment method, the purchaser and the payment company shall resolve it responsibly.
Article 7 [Product Returns]
We shall handle product returns from purchasers in accordance with the "Special Provisions for Returns" located within the "Specific Commercial Transaction Law Display" posted on the site.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities for Use
Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]
The following acts are prohibited for users or purchasers when using this Service:
- Acts that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us, or acts that may cause such inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage.
- Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights such as copyrights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us, or acts that may infringe upon such rights.
- Acts that violate public order and morals or other laws and regulations, or acts that may violate such laws and regulations.
- Acts by users or purchasers of using content obtained through this Service outside the scope of private use.
- Acts of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, disclosing content obtained through this Service, or similar acts, via other users or third parties other than other users.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service and other services provided by us.
- Acts that damage or undermine our credibility, or any other act that we reasonably deem inappropriate.
- Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by third parties due to the user or purchaser violating these Terms.
- We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of this Service and the information obtained by users or purchasers through this Service.
- Even if the content disclosed or posted on this Service contains false or misleading information, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, disadvantages, etc., incurred by users or purchasers as a result.
- We shall not be liable for the quality, material, function, performance, compatibility with other products, or other defects of products sold through this Service, nor for any damages, losses, disadvantages, etc., arising therefrom.
- If the purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, or the delivery address is unknown, or in any other case where the purchaser cannot receive the product due to their own circumstances, we shall fulfill our obligation to deliver the product by contacting the contact information registered by the purchaser and delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, and shall be exempted from such obligation.

All Japanese laws shall apply to the governing law concerning these Terms.
Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]
In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of these Terms, we may determine the interpretation within a reasonable scope. For all disputes related to these Terms, it is agreed in advance that the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
