Delivery Date Requests
For wooden products, you may request a preferred delivery date from the fourth day after placing your order.
Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.
Aroma products are shipped by standard mail and are not eligible for delivery date requests.

Orders are delivered on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
International Pricing
International prices are set at a level equivalent to our domestic tax-inclusive prices.
The amount equivalent to Japanese consumption tax is used to cover international payment processing fees and the additional protective packaging required for safe delivery.
