How to Shop

1. Find a product
Please browse our "Product List" in the menu, or
enter the name or keywords of the product you are looking for in the keyword search box (at the top of the page) and search.


2. Add products to your cart
Once you have decided on the product you want, click the [Add to Cart] button for the desired quantity.
You can change the order quantity in the shopping cart.

The following gift options are also available free of charge.
Select the option from the "Gift Options" button and add it to your cart along with the product.

・Noshi (traditional Japanese gift wrapping)
・Message card

3. Proceed to checkout
To proceed with your purchase, please go to the shopping cart screen by clicking the [Cart] button at the top of the screen.
If you would like a Noshi or message card, please write the details in the remarks column.

After confirming the product details displayed on the screen, proceed with the checkout process from [Proceed to Checkout].


4. Enter contact and shipping information
Please enter your contact information (email address) and shipping address for product delivery.

5. Select shipping method
Please select your shipping method.

6. Select payment method
Please select your payment method.

7. Order complete
Once your order is successfully completed, an order completion screen including your order number will be displayed.After completing your order, an automatic order completion email will be sent to you.

If you do not receive a confirmation email
Please check the email address you entered when placing your order, as it may be incorrect.
If you are unable to receive emails from our store or emails from computers in general, it is possible that your spam settings are rejecting all emails from computers. If you are unable to receive emails, please check your settings again.

Notes on Ordering

All wooden products are handcrafted by artisans, so there may be slight differences in size and shape. Also, as they are made from natural materials, the wood grain and color may differ from the product photos. Please be aware of this in advance.

If you write "I prefer this kind of wood grain" in the remarks column, we can choose a similar one for you.

Example: I would like a fine grain and light color. / I would like an unusual wood grain.

As stock is limited, we may not be able to meet your request. If you have a specific request, we recommend placing your order with as much lead time as possible.

Delivery Information

We generally ship within 3 days after payment is completed. (Delivery will take 1 to 5 days depending on the region.) However, for postal shipments, this does not apply as we cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

[Regarding Date and Time Specification]

For wooden products only, you can specify a date three days or more after your order date. These will be shipped by Yamato Transport.
Please note that oil products and dehumidifying air fresheners are generally delivered by mail (Letter Pack Plus, non-standard-size mail) and cannot be specified for date and time of delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns will not be accepted except in the case of defective products.

For cancellations due to customer's convenience after shipment, the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
However, for exchanges of defective products or incorrectly delivered products, the cost will be borne by our company.

Product Handling

[Wooden Products]

• Please be careful when using metal cutlery as it may scratch the product.
• Please use chopsticks or wooden cutlery with the plates.
• Do not use a dishwasher, dryer, or microwave oven as this may cause damage.
• Although heat-resistant, please avoid pouring boiling water directly into it, and use it at a maximum temperature of around 60°C.
• When washing, use a soft material such as a sponge or cloth and a non-abrasive detergent.
• Lacquerware (Kame and Kamehachi series) should be stored in a cool place, avoiding prolonged immersion in water or direct sunlight.

• Do not drink undiluted solution directly or apply it to the skin.
• Do not use on eyes, lips, or mucous membranes.
• Avoid using for infants under 3 years old in baths or for massage.
• Use with caution in rooms with small animals.
• Be very careful with fire.
• Avoid using in large quantities.
• Pregnant women or individuals with specific medical conditions should consult a specialist before use.
• Individuals with sensitive skin or allergies should try a small amount at a lower concentration than usual, or consult a specialist.

[Precautions for Storage]

• To prevent oxidation and volatilization, close the cap immediately after use.
• Avoid direct sunlight and places with high temperatures and humidity.
• To prevent accidental ingestion and misuse, keep out of reach of children.
• Store bottles upright, not on their side.

[About Organic Labeling]

The raw material is 100% cedar from Kamiyama Town. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used in the cultivation of the cedar. Tap water is used for the steam to extract and separate the essential oil.

About Diffusers

• Due to handmade production, there may be slight variations in size and shape.
• Since natural materials are used, there will be variations in wood grain and patterns. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific wood grain for this product.
• Store in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
• As oil accumulates, it may seep out from the bottom. We recommend using a tray or similar item. Diffusers filled with oil can be placed in closets or shoe boxes to provide antibacterial effects.
  
  

About RELAX MIST

[Precautions for Use]

• Individuals with sensitive skin or allergies should try a small amount at a lower concentration than usual, or consult a specialist.
• When spraying on clothing, test it in an inconspicuous area beforehand to check for stains.

[Precautions for Storage]

• To prevent oxidation and volatilization, keep the cap closed when not in use.
• Even if unopened, refrigeration is recommended to prevent quality degradation as much as possible.
• After opening, refrigeration or storage in a cool, dark place below 15 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight, is recommended.
• Since no preservatives are used, please use within approximately 3 months after opening. Please note that the shelf life may be shorter than the above depending on the room temperature and storage conditions.

[Dehumidifying Air Freshener]

[Precautions for Use]

• Regularly sun-dry to remove accumulated moisture.
• The effective period of the deodorizing function varies depending on the usage environment, but we recommend replacing it every 6 months to 1 year. If dried, the dehumidifying effect will last for a long time.
• Do not wash this product.
• To prevent material degradation, do not leave it in a damp state for a long time.
• Strongly hitting or shaking may cause the bag to tear.
