White Day is just around the corner! How about some cedar tableware for snack time with your loved ones?

Hello. This is the Kamiyama Shizuku Project.
It's March, and we've started hearing the calls of the bush warbler in Kamiyama. It's always a busy time of year with the fiscal year-end approaching, but we hope to enjoy the atmosphere of spring's beginning.

By the way, White Day is coming soon. Have you decided on your return gifts?

Upon researching, I found that White Day actually originated surprisingly recently, in the Showa 50s (1975-1989). It is said to be a unique Japanese custom proposed by the confectionery industry as a day for men to give return gifts to women for Valentine's Day. Perhaps it took root in Japan precisely because of the custom of "returning gifts received."

For White Day, we recommend the Tsuru Dessert Cup.

It's actually a very popular piece among women. It can be used in various ways, not only as a dessert cup for yogurt or gelato but also as a small bowl for "ohitashi" (blanched vegetables) or "aemono" (dressed dishes), or for holding nuts to accompany an evening drink.

This year, White Day falls on a Sunday. Why not enjoy snack time at home with your loved ones, using warm cedarware?

Just adding your favorite cookies or seasonal fruits will give it a special touch.

Also, the Tsuru Multi-Bowl, with the same shape but a larger size, is another hidden gem.

Please check that out as well!
