I purchased two of these as gifts.
The oil, of course, has a lovely fragrance, and the diffuser itself is smooth and smells wonderful.
Both recipients were delighted, and I believe this product definitely helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
While there might be days when you don't get the desired effect due to your physical condition, stress, or other factors, I don't think it's ever completely ineffective.
Next time, I'd like to purchase one for myself.
