I gave this as a present to a friend who is moving overseas. They are going to a country where spices are used frequently, so I hope the cedar aroma will remind them of Japan and bring them a little comfort. This is the second time I've sent this to a friend who is moving, as it's a convenient size for a gift. Both times they were very happy with it.
